Ingredients:
-Whole Wheat English Muffins
-Pizza or Marinara Sauce
-Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
-Pizza toppings such as Pepperoni,
Canadian Bacon, cooked Sausage,
Peppers, Onions, Olives, etc...

Olive OilVinegarItalian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Split English Muffins and place on baking shee
3. Spread Pizza Sauce on each English Muffin.
4. Either add toppings and cheese or allow your family to add their own.
5. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of
English Muffins are toasted.
Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
*For those following the Trim Healthy Mama plan, you can make these for your children and just make a pizza salad for yourself. Add the pizza topping to a bed of lettuce and top with olive oil and vinegar and some salt & pepper or Italian Seasoning.
